Abstract submission is closed

Oral and poster presentations are very welcome according to the scientific topics. The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts and allocate them as posters or as oral presentations to the most appropriate session. All accepted abstracts will be included in the program material provided to participants at the conference and posted on the conference web site.


Abstract submisison

You are cordially invited to submit an abstract for a contributed oral or poster presentation. Please consider that:
• It is expected that at least one author attends the Workshop to present the accepted abstract. Please note that the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid, otherwise the abstract will not be considered.
• The abstract must include a maximum 2500 characters of text (including spaces). Please don’t apply chapters, figures, pictures or references.
• It should be written in English.


Online submission of the abstracts will open up to February 28, 2015

Oral presentation guidelines

The official language is English. The duration of the oral presentation is 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes for discussion. Pdf format is recommended (in Powerpoint, save as > pdf) but ppt format is accepted. A conference computer will be available for speakers. The presentation must be uploaded on the desktop computer at latest in the coffee break before the respective session.

Poster Guidelines

The official language is English. Posters are limited to 54.9 cm width x 84.1 cm height (A1 format). All posters must have portrait orientation. Handouts of posters are encouraged. At least one of the authors is required to be nearby his/her poster for questions and discussion during the sessions for which the poster is scheduled.
The posters can be displayed in 4 May and they have to be removed in 7 May afternoon.
